The optimisation of university management through the management of cooperation agreements

Abstract

The Peruvian university reality presents a series of representative factors that detail the elements of differentiation between the educational models provided by private universities and public universities, institutions that are identified in this work as part of the universe and the study population, focusing on the activities that the Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos has developed with respect to its own university management by executing cooperation agreements, an element identified as the study sample. Against this backdrop, an analysis is presented of the conditions that a university must evaluate in order to generate an optimum margin of visibility and social projection that improves the areas of quality and pedagogical management, which in turn allows them to objectively overcome the budgetary limitations that condition their levels of operability.
