Classification of procedural nullity. Relationship with the insurmountable procedural nullity

Abstract

This article describes the main proposals for classifying procedural nullity, developed by the doctrine, linking them to the subject of insurmountable procedural nullity, in order to establish the definition, characteristics and importance of the insurmountable nullity.
