Abstract

In this article, the author analyses the legal protection of persons with disabilities in Italian private law, especially by Law no. 6 of 2004, and the responses produced by the legal system. Some reflections on a future legislative reform regarding the disabled person are also put forward, considering their vulnerability and appropriate legal protection.
